Compensation; term.
The Commissioner of Streets sits on the TPO Board as a representative of the City of Valparaiso. The term for serving on the TPO coincides with the term of the Commissioner of Streets.
TPO Citizen Advisory Committees:
- The TPO creates citizen advisory committees that make recommendation to the TPO. Membership on these committees will vary. The Commissioner of Streets has the authority to appoint residents of the city to serve on these committees.
- The appointed citizens will serve at the pleasure of the Commissioner of Streets.
