Composition; term; qualifications. Representation on this Board shall conform to the articles of incorporation of the Board. There shall be two members on the Board representing the City of Valparaiso. The Commissioner of Utilities may nominate himself/herself to be one of the Valparaiso City Commission appointees. The term of each member shall be for two years. Each member shall be a Valparaiso resident user of the sewer system. However, the City Commission may make appointments of those who are not residents of the City but who own property in the City or have specific experience and expertise which will positively contribute to a board or committee.
