Carl Scott is the City Administrator for the City of Valparaiso. Mr. Scott handles daily operations and long-range planning for Valparaiso. Mr. Scott provides the drive to make the City of Valparaiso successful and to measure that success by our achievements and prosperity.
Mr. Scott served a four year term as the former mayor of Petal, Mississippi. He also served as a top executive for Waste Management and owned a business in South Daytona, Florida. Mr. Scott has a masters degree in Education from William Carey University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University (AIU).
